Help Desk
Our Support Hours are from 6am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time.
If you have an issue that can not be resolved using the FAQ, contact our Help Desk. When a problem is submitted to the Help Desk, all SF Host technical representatives are notified immediately. Beyond speeding response time, from an archival standpoint, using the Help Desk as the hub for communicating your issues ensures that all information regarding your problem, as well as all responses to that problem, have a central access point. The Help Desk also allows you to track the progress made in resolving your issue.
Billing
Our Billing Hours are from 9am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time. However, If you want to view or make changes to your account, you may login below 24 hours a day all the days of the year.
